"I think people got the wrong message from this piece." Originally, this piece was created to highlight the effects and happenings of Breast Cancer. Larry created a piece that showed, in his viewpoint, how a guy would feel if his "shining star" was taken out of his life. The upside down moon and sun represent the world turning upside down. The star symbolizes the woman who died and the hole is a hole in his heart where the woman had been. The black paint shows a guy's world turning dark and gloomy. The word "Electra" in Greek means "lost star."
